About Simon

Having graduated from Exeter University with a Masters Degree, I have worked primarily in civil litigation for over 30 years, having begun in the specialism of personal injury and clinical negligence. I then moved into a broader practice of dispute resolution covering civil and commercial contracts, property litigation (damage claims/neighbour disputes/tenancy matters), debt collection and insolvency work.

Much of this involves extensive drafting of statements/pleadings/instructions to Counsel and associated negotiation, both in the county court and at mediation. For the past 11 years I have had the pleasure of working for a FTSE 100 client dealing with nationwide property issues.
