Lasting Powers of Attorney Update

It seems good to know that in this time of continued and ever tightening austerity that HM Government has decided that as a result of reported increased efficiencies at the Office of the Public Guardian which led to it being able to recover more than its operating costs those who applied to register their Lasting Powers of Attorney between 1st April 2013 and 31st March 2017 should be eligible for a partial refund of the fee or fees paid anywhere between £34 and £54 depending on when the fee was paid.
