Our objective is to get the best results for our clients in the shortest possible time. To do so, we

• analyse disputes at an early stage so that we and our clients understand the risks and issues involved,
• consider the alternatives to litigation, for example, through negotiation, arbitration, adjudication and/or ADR;
• discuss with you the likely costs involved;
• discuss how we will project manage that dispute through to a successful conclusion.

We represent clients in both the High Court and County Courts and also in employment and other tribunals.
